Will Korasana products get me high?
No! CBD will not get you high. They are non-psychoactive.
Will I fail a drug test if I use CBD?
If your profession requires drug testing, please talk with your employer about their testing policy before taking CBD products, as we cannot give medical, legal or professional advice.
Do Korasana products contain THC?
We carry products that are THC-free as well as Full-Spectrum products that contain less than 0.2% THC.
What tests do you run on your products?
Our products are tested by a third-party lab to ensure quality and guaranteed to be free of pesticides, heavy metals and contaminants.
All of our products are delivered with a unique QR code that links directly to the respective certificate of analysis, providing full traceability. You can also find all lab results posted on our website.
How much CBD should I take?
Individual results may vary based on different factors. We recommend starting by taking a low amount of CBD, then increase as needed.
I am taking prescription medications; can I still use Korasana CBD products?
It is advised that you consult with a doctor if you are planning to take CBD with your current medication.
What is the shelf life of Korasana products and how should I store them?
We recommend storing your Korasana products at room temperature, away from heat or light.
Tinctures should be used within 18 months from the date of purchase.
When is my order shipped?
Your order is shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Normally you will receive your order within 2-3 business days.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS and Fedex to ship products.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information for your order via email.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with our products, return the unused portion within 30 days of the product received date and we will issue a full refund, minus any shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
What are my payment options?
Payment must be made by bank deposit in reals to Korasana Brazil account. Korasana’s account will be informed by email after receiving the Anvisa Authorization for import. The amount in reals will be converted by the commercial dollar quotation on the payment day + 2%.
